If your goal is to increase your strength, correct your posture, increase your flexibility, or prevent injury you may see a more obvious improvement when you exercise 2 or more times per week.
No time to go to to the gym 3 days per week? No problems! Consider our hybrid classes to fit your busy schedule and hold you accountable! The combo Includes a 1-hour in-person class and 2 x 30-minute online classes (over Zoom) per week. You can save the travel time after a long day of work, and just open a Zoom link to practice guided exercises at home!
  • During in person classes, we will focus on resistance training and also posture check.
  • During online classes, we will work on core muscles, coordination, full body stretches, and some body weight resistance exercises.

Rate:
  • 1 week combo (1x in-person classes + 2x online classes) - $100
  • 1 month combo (4x in-person classes + 8x online classes) - $360
