You can also choose to lead us on a virtual tour to your kitchen. Our dietitian can learn more about your dietary habits by looking at where you spend the most time with food. Where and how do you store your food? What are your staples? What seasonings do you have?
Our dietitian will provide tailored suggestions based on your habits and/or make a plan with you to easily reorganize your kitchen, so that eating healthy food can be easy and convenient!
